Reactor-Ready Mini Pro - stand with accessories

Building on the success of the Reactor-Ready series, the Reactor-Ready Mini is a compact and versatile jacketed laboratory reactor that brings the same flexibility and precision to smaller chemical processes – but in a fraction of the space. It is designed for chemists who need precise temperature control, efficient mixing and flexibility for experiments between 50 and 500 mL, supporting early-stage process development, small-scale studies, industry and academia.

Easy to Order Reactor-Ready:

1. Select a Basic Package
Start by selecting one of two basic configurations of the Reactor-Ready Mini system:
Reactor-Ready Mini Pro – With draindown manifolds for fast and clean reaction vessel changes. The ideal solution to save space, time and cost – you can change a reaction vessel in minutes at one workplace without using tools.
Reactor-Ready Mini Starter – A more affordable option where the reaction vessel is connected directly to the thermostat (circulator). Ideal if you do not need to change reaction vessels regularly.

2. Select a Reaction Vessel Kit
The Reactor-Ready Mini is compatible with reaction vessels from 50 to 500 ml, which are designed for excellent heat transfer and efficient mixing.
Single-jacketed and double-jacketed (vacuum-insulated) reaction vessels are available. All have the same geometry for easy transition between volumes
Reaction vessel sets make ordering accessories easy. Each set includes:

• temperature probe,
  
• probe adapter,
  
• agitator appropriate for the vessel size.
  

This ensures uniform mixing across the entire working volume range.

3. Select a laboratory stirrer
The Reactor-Ready Mini is compatible with compact laboratory overhead stirrers that use an 8 mm shaft.
We recommend:

• Radleys RS20 Mini Control,
• Heidolph Hei-TORQUE Core.

4. Select a thermostat
In conjunction with a suitable laboratory thermostat, the Reactor-Ready Mini can be operated in a temperature range of -70 °C to +230 °C (reaction vessel jacket temperature).
We recommend Huber thermostats, but the system is also compatible with other circulators equipped with the appropriate hoses and adapters.

5. Select control software
For increased safety, more precise control and maximum reproducibility of experiments, you can complement the system with AVA software.
AVA allows you to:

• control multiple laboratory devices from a single interface,
  
• record the progress of experiments,
  
• interoperate with instruments from leading manufacturers,
  
• automatically create detailed protocols after the experiment is completed.

6. Select software modules
You can further expand the capabilities of the AVA software with optional modules, such as:

• pH measurement and control module,
